Our Mission is to inspire a healthier community by providing fresh, nutritious, delicious food and smoothies. We offer Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and healthy chicken and turkey items. Our owners, Robert Hansbro and Joyce McAlpine started their journey to healthier living over 20 years ago. Robert became vegetarian as a child and transitioned to Vegan over 16 years ago. Joyce started her personal journey to healthier eating due to medical concerns. Healthy living is not a fad in our opinion it is a lifestyle choice.  We appreciate the opportunity to assist you along your journey to becoming a healthier you!
